Comments on Workmanship and Variations:

Bella Taylor products are sourced from mostly natural fibers, and with few exceptions our products are also either hand made or extensively feature hand-guided workmanship. Minor variations in color, texture and finish may occur from piece to piece and are not considered imperfections. Variations include but are not limited to:

• Sizes due to products being hand measured and hand made in most SKUs. Listed sizes are approximate with a variation tolerance of +/- 3% and you can typically expect a product to be slightly larger than stated.
• Color due to variations in dye lots between production runs and within large production runs.
• Fabric relaxation with usage and tightening with washing, with expected relaxation if ironed/hung dry and then regular usage.

Return Guidelines:

Bella Taylor Wholesale will accept returns from dealers only. No returns will be accepted directly from retail shopping clients. The retail partner may facilitate the return on behalf of their shopping client, inspecting the goods and deciding how to operate within the Bella Taylor Wholesale Return Guidelines. Replacements will only be shipped to retail partners and not to the retail shopping client.

Returns will be accepted up to 60 days from partner invoice.

Bella Taylor Wholesale will charge a 15% restocking fee for buyer remorse.

All sales are final for items on clearance or liquidation.

In case of defect, items less than $25.00 wholesale do not need to be returned for credit, but Bella Taylor Wholesale requires the Retail Partner to create and share images of the problem area on the product to receive any credit.

To return:

1. Email support@bellataylorwholesale.com to request RMA, including SKU(s), quantities, and reason for return. RMA and return instructions will be issued via reply email.
2. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the retail partner. Bella Taylor Wholesale suggests shipping via trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail). The retail partner will label the shipment on the outside with the RA and on any included paperwork.
3. Returns will be credited within 10 business days of receipt, following inspection and approval. Retail partners will be credited the original purchase price and will receive email confirmation upon processing of the return. 
4. Replacement SKUs will be billed at the time the order is filled/shipped. The retail partner will be billed any freight costs for this shipment.
5. No returns are credited if there is no original packaging, no tags, or product has been soiled, subjected to any animal usage, has been laundered, or there is any unpleasant odor or smell from usage or the environment in which an item was utilized (bedroom, kitchen, etc. with cooking smells, smoking, perfume etc.).
