Dealers:

Bella Taylor Wholesale is committed to supporting both brick and mortar and e-commerce retailers.

E-commerce:

E-commerce retailers may only offer Bella Taylor items on independent e-commerce retail websites pending approval by Bella Taylor Wholesale. Marketplace sales are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Target, Facebook Marketplace, private social media pages or groups, Etsy, eBay, HomeDepot.com, Wayfair.com or Lowes.com. 

Unauthorized listing of Bella Taylor products on any marketplace will result in the immediate termination of your dealer account. 

Catalog and Wholesale Pricing:

Our catalog and up to date wholesale pricing will be found on our website, www.BellaTaylorWholesale.com. All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized dealers will receive 50% off the listed retail price. Although we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, products are not guaranteed to be in stock.

MAP:

To promote fair competition between sellers and to maintain the Bella Taylor brand identity and value proposition, Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) must be maintained for e-commerce listings. MAP refers to and is applied to all published, advertised, or publicly posted prices, regardless of the manner communicated and irrespective of the format or medium of communication. All current items must be priced at double the regular wholesale cost or higher. Prices may be rounded down by no more than $.05. Dealers who list products below MAP will be notified immediately and their accounts suspended until pricing is corrected. Bella Taylor Wholesale reserves the right to terminate dealer accounts for repeat offenders of MAP pricing requirements. 

Minimum Order:

There is a $200 minimum charge for all orders. 

Account Status:

Accounts will remain active as long as there is account activity within a 12 month period. If no orders during that time, your Bella Taylor Wholesale account will be marked inactive, and reactivation will be required.

Fulfillment:

All wholesale orders will ship from our Connecticut and/or Missouri warehouse via UPS Ground or FedEx service. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing of your order, followed by 1 to 5 days transit time with the carrier. Tracking for all shipments will be provided via email. We strongly advise placing orders well in advance to avoid carrier delays during peak shipping seasons. We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes or outside the 50 United States.

Drop Ship:

Bella Taylor Wholesale does not offer dropship services.  Please see Minimum Order requirements.

Freight will be charged at a flat rate based on your order total:

Payment:

Bella Taylor Wholesale order payment must be made at the time of purchase via our online wholesale portal, or via phone order.  We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, Elo, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. At this time, Bella Taylor Wholesale does not offer Net terms.

Content/Media:

Bella Taylor Wholesale offers digital images and content specifically designed for e-commerce support. Media available upon request. Use of this proprietary information in whole or part for any purpose other than product description is strictly prohibited by Bella Taylor Wholesale, and will result in immediate loss of dealer status.    

Social Media:

Bella Taylor Wholesale strongly encourages the use of social media marketing to drive brick and mortar and e-commerce store traffic. All social media marketing and sales are subject to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements listed above. Dealers using inappropriate marketing tactics, misusing proprietary images, or otherwise diminishing the value of the Bella Taylor brand may have their accounts suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of Bella Taylor Wholesale.

Workmanship and Variations:

Bella Taylor products are sourced from mostly natural fibers, and with few exceptions our products are also either hand-made or extensively feature hand-guided workmanship. Minor variations in color, texture and finish may occur from piece to piece and are not considered imperfections. Variations include but are not limited to:

• Sizes due to products being hand measured and hand made in most SKUs. Listed sizes are approximate with a variation tolerance of +/- 3% and you can typically expect a product to be slightly larger than stated.
• Color due to variations in dye lots between production runs and within large production runs.
• Fabric relaxation with usage and tightening with washing, with expected relaxation if ironed/hung dry and then regular usage.

Returns:

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. To report a quality concern, email support@bellataylorwholesale.com with details and supporting images.
